XENOSPHERE · eight tunings, one thread
This piece contains rapidly flashing lights, strobing high-contrast colours and fast motion. It may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy and can be uncomfortable for anyone sensitive to flicker. If that could be you or anyone watching, switch on reduced flashing below or don't continue.
The audio is loud, dense hardstyle and happy hardcore, synthesized live in your browser. Start with your volume low.
Your system is set to reduce motion, so reduced flashing starts switched on.
About three minutes, then it re-seeds and plays a new variation. Sections: harmonic series · 31-EDO · 19-EDO · 5-limit just intonation · Bohlen–Pierce · 53-EDO · 22-EDO · EDO roulette. Every sound is synthesized with the Web Audio API and every picture is drawn on a canvas: no samples, no libraries.
